Mary is a long term carer and I appreciate her professionalism with her compassionate and caring manner. The cats are always calm and happy when I return and I appreciate Mary’s gentleness in building a relationship with two nervous, rescue cats. I also appreciate her care of my newly planted pots recently.

Mary was so wonderful. This was the first time leaving our cat with a pet sitting business. He’s a rescue cat, who is very anxious at times, and has had a tough start in life. Mary sent us picture updates and looked after him so beautifully. He was a happy boy and very well looked after while we were away. Thank you so much Mary! We really appreciate your caring nature and animal expertise, and really feel you went above and beyond in caring for Rogel. Five out of five for everything!

Mary is conscientious and efficient. My cat was pretty chilled when I returned home and very schmoozy so she was happy. I would be happy to have Mary look after my animals again.

Mary took such great care of our two dogs while we were away. Mary was really proactive in communicating with us before we went away and sent us updates about the dogs which we really appreciated. Mary was warm, easy to get along with, and gave us great peace of mind that the dogs would be well cared for. I would easily have Mary look after our dogs again and highly recommend her and Lonely Pets Club.

Not sure what you mean by "presentation". Mary and I have never met. Similarly, "punctuality" - how would I know? I'm just happy she comes ??
What I DO care about and appreciate is she makes contact, is very kind in her messages and often sends me a photo of the kitties ??

Mary was very caring and supportive when looking after our cat. She communicated with me to let me know that he was well and at home. I was concerned about Big Boy because he's getting old but Mary made sure that I knew that he was responsive to her and happy at home. I appreciate the effort she made to keep me informed.
Karen has looked after Big Boy previously and he has always been looked after well. Both Karen and Mary are caring of our pets and understand that a pet left behind is still a member of our family.

“I was away overseas from 8th December until Boxing day of 2018 and have to very timid cats which I am always anxious to leave. From the moment I met Mary, I had all the confidence that the girls would be fine in her care. She updated me many times while I was away to alleviate my anxieties which really put me at ease knowing they were ok. Like any animal lover, we want to be sure that our babies are given the best of care while we are away and Mary, having her own animals, was well aware of my anxieties. She was really great and highly recommend her. She did a fabulous job.”

I haven’t actually met Mary, but I have spoken to her and she has looked after Boris several times. We are extremely happy with the service she has provided and care given to our cat, Boris!

Mary was excellent. Very responsive and prompt and kept us informed . She really understood our boys and their personalities. We are always a little bit anxious because they are FIV+ but Mary made us feel calm - I trust she would have done the right thing, whatever was needed. I worked at Rspca for 2 years and Mary reminded me of the skilled, talented and dedicated animal care attendants- she's a gem- don't lose her. Thank you.

Mary did a great job and kept me informed. She also went back on the Saturday evening to check the cats weren't too hot which was very kind of her.
I didn't meet the carer so couldn't comment on presentation.
I also didn't give a sepcific time, so was as long as they were there on the the requested days I was happy.
